Neuhaus is our favorite Belgian chocolate. Beats anything else I've had. Worth ordering special.
The 1/2 lb box contains 17 pieces, and is approximately 4 inches by 7 inches by 3 inches tall. Comes wrapped and tied with a ribbon, ready to be gifted.
Contents include:
- Gianduja with crisped rice
- Ganache with hazelnut paste
- Almond and hazelnut cream with caramalized hazelnuts
- Hazelnut praline and roasted hazelnut
- Caramel
- Praline with flakes of nougat
- Praline with coffe
with an assortment of dark, milk, and white chocolate.

When only the best will do...and should always! Nov 22, 2008
These are the only chocolates you will ever need to buy... they serve every occasion, please all true connoisseurs of the finest chocolate. It is not full of fat, extra sugars or preservatives as so many cheaper chocolates tend to possess. Butter, cream, nuts, chocolate, only pure ingredients go into these chocolates. the chocolate will melt in your mouth, velvety, with a rich soul satisfying dense flavor, not too sweet. The fillings are full flavored, rich and meltingly delicious too. Only the simplest, best ingredients are used, the secret to divine chocolates. One piece satisfies, but you may not want to stop with just one! If you love true quality chocolate,or want to impress someone who does, give them Neuhaus.

More Stars - and more chocolates, PLEASE!!! Feb 05, 2008
I grew up in the south of Holland, near the Belgian border. Every other weekend we visited towns like Antwerp, Brussels and Bruges. The reason I'm telling you this: I know my way around Belgian chocolates. Trust me, these are the best.
First the taste. Not too sweet and not too bitter. Each and every one a heavenly delight. The fillings soft and soooo delicious, any taste will do. The classic truffles, the crunchy Caprice, the Manons with the mousse au chocolat - hmmmmm!!!! where's my BOX?!
As to the quality of the cacao: Top Notch - enough said!
This small package is a good start. It looks nice (also as a gift) and there are enough for your love and you (that is if she - or he - is still willing to share after having tried the first). And it is strong enough so it doesn't get crushed along the way.
The price? Don't compare it with cheap chocolate. That's humiliating. Try it and then decide if it's worth it. I am sure you will agree: these chocolates are priceless!
